Existing members renew their subscriptions in April every year. This includes life members. Please note Life members and ordinary members will be issued with an annual registration card to prove they have registered.

After this membership renewal period new members can sign up from June until December.

You will need to obtain an application form from a committee member. This must be completed and will require the signatures of a proposer and seconder who must be existing members.

Take the completed form with The Joining fee of £20 & first year membership fee of £10 to The Secretary, Kelvin or The Treasurer, Derek and your application will be processed and a membership card will be issued together with a rule book.

Should an objection be raised regarding your suitability, you will be asked to see The Committee and a final decision will be made. If the objection is upheld your membership will be cancelled and all money paid refunded.

Membership enrolment is best  done on Friday evening, Saturday Evening or Sunday lunchtime and evening.
